GRASSELLI    SLICING   KSL CBU

Horizontal slicer for fresh boneless meats with a slice splitting conveyor belt, ideal for poultry meat.

Works like a standard KSL, slicing fresh boneless meat horizontally, or as a splitter of chicken breasts, automatically dividing the slices or the wastage and placing them on two different outfeed conveyor belts.

Benefits

• Possibility to automatically eliminate the upper out-of-spec slice.
• Possibility to easily and quickly adjust the thickness of the first slice in contact with the conveyor belt by means of a lever.
• No need for tools to prepare for cleaning, all parts remain firmly attached to the machine.
• Possibility to separate the slices according to the desired quantities.
• Can be placed in line withthe NSA1000 for the production of high quality strips with a high throughput.

• Working width of 350 mm (KSLCBU/4) and of 700 mm on two independent lines (KSL-CBU/8).
• Designed to meet the need to divide a high volume of fresh chicken breasts up to 5,000 Kg/h, based on the conditions and size of the product.
• Minimum cutting thickness: 2.5 mm.
