GRASSELLI SLICING NSA XC Vertical slicer for two-dimensional slicing of fresh and cooked meat.



     Vertical slicer for the two-dimensional cutting of fresh and cooked meats. Extreme cutting precision and high yields thanks to the possibility to obtain 3D cuts in strips or small cubes, as part of a fully in-line process with an extremely high yield.

    Slicer for 2D cutting, able to produce strips or cubes with even or slightly irregular dimensions (for a “hand-cut” effect).


  • Two-dimensional cutting, suitable for obtaining even or slightly irregular cuts (hand-cut effect) in strips or cubes.
  • Infeed and outfeed conveyor belts enable the product to be prepared fully in-line even when hot.
  • Design and technical solutions for a perfect sanitisation, suitable for ready-to-eat (RTE) processing environments.
  • Optional quick blade changing system for replacing the entire set of blades in just a few minutes.
  • A single tool to prepare for the cleaning process, sanitation and blades replacement.
  • In combination with the horizontal KSL slicer, a production line can be obtained for fully controllable, 3-dimensional cutting.
